Ludic, a registered brand of Good Chaos Lifestyle Private Limited, requests your agreement to the terms outlined here when visiting our website or making a purchase. We reserve the right to make necessary modifications to these terms, and any updates will be reflected on this page along with the date of the latest changes.

General Conditions
Please abstain from utilizing our products for any unlawful or unauthorized activities that may infringe upon the laws within the jurisdiction.

The reproduction, duplication, or resale of our products, marketing materials, copywriting, images, videos, or packaging is expressly prohibited.

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to decline and/or cancel any order for any reason. Some such cases may result from factors such as limited stock available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, logistical constraints in your area, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers. If an order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account.

We greatly appreciate your commitment to providing up-to-date, comprehensive, and accurate purchase and account information for all the transactions conducted through our store.

Pricing
Our product pricing is meticulously considered and not frequently changed. Regardless, we reserve the right to alter our product prices and/or discontinue products at our discretion. Any updated prices will be transparently displayed on the website, and discontinued products will no longer be visible.

Delivery and Shipping
We offer shipping to most locations within India.

Our in-stock products are dispatched within one business day of placing the order. If a product is out of stock, the availability of the product will be displayed on the website for ease of placing your order.

A nominal fee is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in selected PIN codes. Rejection of a confirmed COD order may lead to future service restrictions.

We will send an email notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Please note that shipping timelines may vary due to external factors, and any shipping or COD fees are non-refundable.

Returns
Product exchanges/returns are accepted within a 7-day window, starting from the date of order delivery. Returns will not be accepted for exchange/refund if submitted beyond the 7-day window; if the product has been used, or if it is returned without its original packaging.

For exchange, you will receive your desired product only after the returned product is back in our warehouse and has passed our quality assessment.

The products purchased at special prices are not eligible for return/exchange unless there’s a fulfillment error, i.e., incorrectly shipped, damaged, or defective items.

We offer immediate cancellation before dispatch, and offer the option to refuse delivery after dispatch. For cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. For orders returned to us, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the same. Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment, except for COD orders, which are refunded to the customer’s bank account.

For manufacturing defects discovered within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at curious@ludic.life using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we are unable to accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this timeframe.

Our store may contain links to third-party websites, such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etcetera, which are not affiliated with our policies. We recommend carefully reviewing the policies and practices of these third-party websites before engaging in any transactions with them.

Indemnification
By utilizing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Chaos Lifestyle Private Limited, our subsidiaries, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
