How do I exchange/return an order?
We’ve kept exchanges and returns simple and clear with these four steps: Request, Ship, Shipment Received, and Refund.
1. Request
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving it. Just go to our returns page, enter your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout, and select the item(s) you’d like to exchange or return. Our delivery partner will pick up the item within 5-7 working days, and all updates will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
2. Ship
Please make sure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the return tag intact. Apparel should be returned unwashed, with all labels still attached.
3. Shipment Received
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process it as quickly as possible and notify you by email or WhatsApp once it’s done.
4. Refund
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
