Re-engineered products by bright minds from the house of ludic. Every cut rethought. Every panel reassigned. What began as a shirt now returns as something entirely new – practical, considered, and Reworked. Bucket Hat: made from the diagonal pocket, upper shoulder, front left, and upper back. Duffle Bag: features the patch pocket area and front top right. Dopp Kit: built using the lower back, collars, and seams. Coin Pouch: derived from the shoulder tops and sleeves. Each piece carries a Woven Label integrated as a visible design element. It features a binary code crediting the designer, the Ludic logo, Re:Worked tagline, and Circuit graphic.

Re:Worked - From thought to creation

Why Re:Worked? Well, why not. When a certain batch of our shirts didn't quite hit the mark, we could've called it quits. The fabric worked, the feel was right - but something just didn't click. They sat in our warehouse, queued for shredding. Until we realized: this isn't waste, it's potential waiting for a better idea. So, we reworked it. Literally. We ran a post on Linkedin, looking out for a designer who would be dedicated to turning those shirts inside out. (We gave a permanent job after;) After an all-out exploration, from gears to accessories to decor, four new creations took shape: a dopp kit, a coin pouch, a cross-body duffle, and a bucket hat. All crafted entirely from the original shirts. Every scrap found a new purpose. Nothing went to landfill. What started as a near-miss became a story of reinvention. That's what Re:Worked is all about: seeing what could've been scrapped as something worth recreating.
